PANDORA
Composers Penka Kouneva and Joe Kraemer (Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation) are scoring Season 2 of Pandora TV series on the CW Network (Sundays, 8 PM starting October 4th).
Pandora is a SciFi-action-drama about a young woman named Jax who survives an attack on her home planet but loses her parents. She joins the Space Training Academy where she and her new friends fight various intergalactic and terrestrial enemies. The series has been described as Star Trek meets Riverdale. Pandora was created by writer-producer Mark A. Altman

HOLLYWOOD BOWL CONCERT “AMERICA IN SPACE” celebrating the Moon landing anniversary
On August 15, 2019, The Los Angeles Philharmonic premiered Penka’s orchestral composition Women Astronauts on a concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Moon landing. The entire idea for a concert featuring live-to-picture excerpts from Hollywood movies about astronauts was Penka’s brainchild. She pitched her concept to producer Michael Alexander, who, in turn, presented it to LA Phil as Los Angeles’ unique way to celebrate the Moon landing anniversary. The concert was attended by 18,000 people and featured excerpts from blockbusters such as Hidden Figures, First Man, Gravity, Apollo 13, The Martian, special presentations by JPL and more. Falcon’s Creative Group was commissioned to create a commemorative documentary honoring the women astronauts of NASA which Penka scored.

OLAY’s SUPERBOWL TV AD CAMPAIGN #MakeSpaceForWomen
Penka was commissioned to score Olay’s TV ad campaign for Super Bowl LIV titled “Make Space for Women.” Super Bowl LIV was watched by 102 million viewers. The ad campaign was created by Badger and Winters.

Penka was commissioned to score the cinematic Shadow Isles: None Escape from Tales of Runeterra.
